I'm so sorry I didn't read all the horrible reviews before trying this place. Do yourself a favor and pay attention! Like so many other reviews, mine is not much different. The older gentleman on the phone was very courteous and professional. The guy at the counter (Robert) is not the same man that answers the phone. The man at the counter was so incredibly rude and sarcastic, I couldn't even believe it. I called before going down and was given an estimate by the nice man on the phone. When I went down in person, the guy at the counter could care less about me trying to explain to him the estimate price I was given and proceeded to call the man at the main number for a price. He then gave me a different price. I tried again explaining to him that I had already received an estimate for a lower price from the man on the phone. I contacted the man who answers the main number and explained what was going on and once again, he was very professional and honored the price he had previously given me. The people who work around the back of the shop were also very nice and courteous but the guy who works the front counter has no business in customer service or no business being in business for that matter.
