When we came to town for some spring training games we picked this hotel as our home base. It's a dated facility. The rooms are small and the bathrooms were very tiny compared to budget hotels constructed over the last five years or so. But the facility is clean and well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were in line with what travelers demand these days -- WIFI, Hospitality Hour, Complimentary Full Breakfast. The Analog TV on a large flat screen was unsatisfactory. All hotels should provide digital service these days. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool but there should be more pool towels available. Grab one while you can or you'll have to wait for the laundry to finish. That said, the location was convenient. There were lots of dining options a short drive from the hotel. Our team's spring training site in Maryvale was just 20-30 minutes away (depending on traffic). I'm expect that we will book rooms here again next year.
