I usually don't write reviews, however this was the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had. I get my nails done regularly. Alternating between no-chip and traditional. This manicure left my nails bloody, swollen and jagged. I called the salon Monday, after receiving the services on Saturday. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they were in a meeting. She took my name and number and assured I'd receive a call back. Yet 5 days later, nothing. The staff was very friendly and the spa was beautiful and clean. However, the nail services were horrible. We spent quite a bit of money and I actually upgraded my pedicure. My advice, get a massage but skip the mani/pedi.
