Beware! And I'll be very civil in this public post. The only individuals that could be happy with this product/service are those who don't know better because it is what they have always had. I was interested in the "cut your bill in half" plan. Had them verify there was "comparable" coverage in area codes I use services at regularly. Traded in 3 good phones and they were to payoff existing provider in turn. Sounded good. What happened. Day 2 I had tested coverage, it was terrible compared to what I had previously. I was appalled to find out that I went from a Primarily 4G network to a Primarily 3G network - that in itself is NOT "comparable". I had issues with local calls in area codes I had them check as well. I could no longer use internet when on a call (this is important to me) unless I was on WiFi. I even traveled to areas that they stated they had 4G coverage (Tempe, Glendale, Parts of Phoenix) - it was spotty. No way it was going to work for me. I acted within the 14 day 100% guarantee clause. They had my trade in phone 1 day and I asked for it back - they said once it ships out they cant get it back (they made a lame attempt to find it at the warehouse)? What? I got a run around. I was told 4G service was just around the corner - that they had a 5G service coming available soon too? I paid restocking fees on their 3 phones and cancelled service. So now I didn't have any phones and was out $300 for taxes and restocking fees (the later was paid because I had to stay in contract to keep our phone #s). They didn't payoff my previous provider fees... What was I supposed to do now? For some families they would have been utterly devastated man, I mean this can not be LEGAL??? I contemplated small claims court... just don't have the time. Customer Service - Terrible!!!! I talked to probably 15 different reps (maybe more) throughout the process of "trying" their service. When talking to the "next" rep they rarely knew anything I talked to the prior about - you can not talk to someone you talked to before unless they just happened to answer. I got misleading information. I got conflicting information between reps. The guys at the Mall Kiosk that I bought the phones from/got service didn't treat me bad in communications - what the did was mislead me and are misleading many in my opinion (oh and the cut your bill in half is more like 20-30% less - that's not even honest), more importantly they are selling a very inferior service. This company is not one to do business with and phone companies in general have WAY TOO MUCH POWER OVER THE PEOPLE!!!!!! It took me 3 MONTHS to close my case with them. 3 MONTHS I DEALT with their customer service. They even "lost" 2 of the brand new phones I turned back into them that I paid restocking fees for. In the end I went through a lot of headaches and stress (countless hours) and would not recommend you buying at this Kiosk or obtaining their service.
