There needs to be a place to review individual case managers, because the case manager we were assigned, Rafael Torres is impeccable! He has walked us through every step of this entire process. He always responds. If there are any issues with medical care he is on top of it. He has made sure everything is taken care of including going above and beyond and help us with our insurances total loss for a 2016 vehicle.
