My first and last Uber experience. I waited from 7:05 to 7:20 at The Rio. Gave me updates on the driver's status when he was seven minutes away, one minute away, and then says he canceled. But the real kicker here is I am the one who got the $5 charge. He totally manipulated the times and acted like he waited more than five minutes for me. We waited 15-20 minutes on him. I think he got a better offer. Deleted the app from my phone. Plus, the promo code for my first time did not work either. Took taxis the rest of my stay. You suck, Uber!
