I brought my senior pomeranian into the clinic on a Saturday as she had a cyst rupture on her rib area. It was bloody, painful and oozing with pus. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by a young receptionist who was standing behind another girl who was on the phone. I stood at the desk while waiting to be helped. They both looked at me and said nothing. Finally, one of the girls asked what I needed. Really? What I need is for a doctor to exam my dog and treat her on an emergency basis. I was told that because I didn't have an appointment, that my dog could not be seen at that time and asked if I could come back later that afternoon.
I turned around and left. I ended up taking her to the emergency animal clinic nearby and she was treated right away.
I will never bring my pet to this clinic again.
