They don't answer their phone. If they do, they physically pick up the receiver and they hang up. They don't know what they have and don't have. Every employee I asked for help told me a different answer with such confidence and none of them resulted in my finding what I wanted. No offended Walmart but maybe you should educate your employees a little more. Or pay them better so they actually care.
