Pleasantly surprised. Brought in our 2017 Mustang GT in for its first oil change. We were greeted right away by two different staff that almost instantly disappeared after acknowledging us. The last and 3rd person to greet us was eager to help the moment she noticed us standing there. Her name is Carla Dalba. Her caring and calming demeanor put us at ease. She kept us in the loop every bit of the way from start to finish.
