I'm extremely happy with Katie and her team and I would give her 10/5 stars if I could.
Katie was responsive and caring, she called me back the day I reached out to her and guess what, the other cleaning companies maybe just have too much business to care. She was persistent and attentive, she came to assess the condo so she can provide me with an estimate. She was accommodating with my schedule too which was fantastic for an 8-5 person like myself.
Her team did a great job. I have hardwood floors and it was spotless and no any marks whatsoever. They scrubbed the toilet and washroom hard which was sooo good. Moreover, they cleaned the drawers too, no crummies - success!
After the cleaning, her team stayed and waited for me to review the work. They were friendly and patient to explain to me what they did and man they did a great job (I have super white sinks). I will use Katie on a regular basis : )
