This place has very bad service and unprofessional staff. I went for some blood work as walk-in. I entered my name and sat for 1 hour. My PCP had faxed papers for blood work. After 1 hour lab Corp front desk associate realized that she did not receive the fax. The nurse at the doctor's office said she received confirmation for the fax bring sent to lab Corp. The nurse tried to even give a verbal order just in case the fax machine was malfunctioning. The last at the front desk was unprofessional. She didn't care to talk on the phone or care if fax machine was broken and just left to go in the back. So after 1hr 30 min no one said anything and I left. This place is where professionalism goes to die.
