I have had two experiences with this store in the last month. I went in a couple weeks ago looking for an activity tracker. Prices were on par with other establishments. I would have liked to ask some questions but minus the stationed greeter at the door I never encountered an employee so I left empty handed. My second experience was calling to inquire if they carried a particular item. I was driving at the time so leaving my phone on speaker was not a bit deal. I was third in the phone line according to the recording but after 15 minutes I just gave up. I see no need to look for products at Best Buy going forward based on their lack of customer service in person and on the phone.
