I haven't been very happy with Best Buy lately. Recently I purchased a deep freezer (February) and it was back ordered until March, no biggie. So over the weekend I received an email stating that my order was ready for pick-up from the Mentor store so yesterday I took a stroll out there (15 min drive) only to find out the freezer wasn't actually coming in until the 28th of March. SOB.....what is going on with this company?!? This is the 2nd time in recent months that this has happened. I also waited 10-15 minutes for someone at Customer Service to help me, again, unacceptable. This specific store itself has all the bells and whistles that each Best Buy has. The location is great, store is huge, and most of the people there are young, inexperienced, but nice. rumor is that Best Buy is downsizing its stores and providing more online content. Lets hope they can get their automated delivery notification system down first.
