I went to the office in Mesa for my first visit. I was in extreme pain and couldn't walk without a walker. It took about 2 weeks to get an appointment. I saw Emily who was great but no longer works there. The only time you see the doctor is when you are having a procedure. I was being wheeled out after my epidural trying to ask questions and they literally closed the door on me. If you want to see an actual doctor, don't go to AZ Pain and Spine. I have been to 3 of the offices and the disorganization is widespread. I was sent to the wrong office twice. Some of the office staff are very rude. When I asked to make an appointment with the Dr. who did my procedures, the girl at the desk laughed like I was an idiot for asking. This business expanded way too rapidly and is suffering from it. They are very good at one thing and that is taking your money! I found Emily for anyone that is missing her. I had an excellent experience at Novaspine in Scottsdale. My first appointment was with the doctor and my first epidural was scheduled for the following day. I had to wait an average of 4 weeks to get my procedures at AZ pain.
