I love DB as much as the next basic girl, but this location is not for me. My drinks are always perfect, they are definitely consistent in that area. But the employees are overly chatty/fake or they barely want to acknowledge you. I understand they are known for their customer service, but I never get the genuine feeling from them. And another thing - the wait. I know they are busy, but I was the THIRD car in line and it took almost 30 minutes. So the next time, I decided to walk up because there was only one person waiting. Big mistake. This took almost 15 minutes because the barista and customer chit chatted while a second barista made the drink. Where's the multitasking?! I now go out of my way to go to the PV location.
