My only experience here was for the Cleveland International Film Festival. This was my third year in attendance and I'd say that it's a pretty seamless operation, which can't be an easy feat for the organizers and staff. Kudos! The concessions were awesome this year, especially the popcorn - they stepped up their game. My only two complaints are 1.) Parking (especially since this year's event was scheduled at the same time as the new baseball season). Yes, they instruct all ticket holders to plan on parking madness, but we weren't even allowed access to the shuttle parking this time around because of baseball parking. 2.) Bathroom attendants. I appreciate that there is someone keeping the restrooms tidy, but I am happy to pull my own paper towels and wipe my own hands. The tipping station at the door is just awkward, and jams up the flow of patrons coming in and out. I love the film festival energy (and the fast food vendor samples we collect on our way in to see a show), and the staff is kind and enthusiastic. Overall, a pleasant experience with the facility to match.
