Been coming here with the kids for years. Don't know what happened to this place. I had a 4:30 appointment today with both kids. I got there 20 mins early get papers signed. The place was packed but I had an appointment. 4:30 came and went so I waited 20 mins before saying anything cause they look really busy. I went up to the desk and asked when will my kids be seen they had a 430 appointment. The receptionist said that they were next. Another guy said his appointment was for 4 pm and logically he was next. Then they proceeded to call for 2 other people and these people just walked in 10 mins before. WTH??? They couldn't even admit that they overbooked. Running late means like 10 to 15 mins not 1 hour. They kept telling me it wasn't their fault. Whose fault was it??? The scheduling gnome??? I suggest finding another Dentist...
