As I have frequented this place for over 4 years, I must say that today took the cake. I went in today to take advantage of their wing special that was advertised, not only on their Web page, but on Buzztime that I play on multiple days during the week. Not only was the price increased from 7.50 per 10 to 10.99 per 10, I was told that I had to pay the increase even though the price was still on, not only their Web page, but on Buzztime ads as well. When I called the manager, Chad Lamont, on the fact that they had a discrepancy on 2 publicized outlets, I was informed that they haven't had time to contact their webmaster or Buzztime even though they said the price change had been in effect for over a week and 1/2. Why they wouldn't honor the price on their website is beyond me. I will admit that when I was informed that they wouldn't honor the price, after I brought it to the attention of the waitress, I did call Chad an Asshole. That may be a wrong on my part, but considering the fact that their advertised price was not honored, is problem enough. By I will say that problems in the past have been dealt with well, but today it became an issue with the entire bar and staff. I will not be back and will actively looking elsewhere for a Buzztime carrier that appreciates their customers. There were many ways that this could have been taken care of, but it seems that the mgr, Chad, had a chip on his shoulder and had to show the bar he was top dog. Unfortunately, this means I won't be back and hopefully folks that witnessed the issue today think twice about frequenting this place in the future. Zero Stars, as they won't let me pick zero, for what I see as a business that looks to their profit vs their customers! I will say that their bar staff is awesome, but mgmt may need a change in the way that they take care of customers and any price/policy changes in the future.
