Worst experience ever and will never rent from this place again! My husband waited in line for over 1 1/2 and there were only 3 people in front of him. Keep in mind, we had a reservation as well. By the time, he got to the front counter, the sales representative was rude and had a bad attitude from the start. Plus, she made my husband step aside until he has proof of insurance which he showed in a less than 2 minutes. This is the only place that ask to see our insurance even though we paid for basic coverage anyways. The whole process was a pain and she was very snappy and unpleasant. Horrible customer service!!!
