Iv never felt like I gave been wheeled and dealed at any store where I am a loyal customer until I went with my grandparents to help them get there upgrade to this Verizon store. For one we were second in line to be helped and there was over 12 employees with about 8 of them standing around and talking with no one giving a care about the customers. Then when we finally got helped it was a waste of time with different speals about trading in a phone and so many other bs plans. Horrible service and I don't think they have ever heard of business ethics.. Do not come here for anything
