After taking my cat to another vet across town I went back to Spencer Springs Animal Hospital. Saw Dr. McConnell and she was amazing. Our cat suffers from allergies. She took the time to explain a lot of different stuff to us. From the shot our cat got during this visit to diets and future treatments. I felt very satisfied with her answers after the previous vet I went to (across town) failed to give me any options and just suggested I go to a dermatologist. The other vet also had mentioned hearing a heart murmur and Dr. McConnell said she heard nothing like that, that our cat's heart sounded good. So relieved to get that information. Very happy I got a second opinion instead of following what previous vet mentioned. Also the whole staff was very friendly. Only unfortunate thing was a very long wait in the reception area. Waited almost an hour for a room but from what I saw this animal hospital only had 4 rooms so was understandable.
