Only 10 seconds in the store ............. First and last time in this place, ever. Monday, July 6/2015 went to this store to buy an e-juice. They open the store at 11 AM. I was 6/7 minutes early but didn't realize it. The door was unlocked, so I opened the door & walked in. Suddenly 3 young individuals (2 men, 1 girl) between the ages of 17-25 shouted all at the same time " the store is closed - we are not open". I was shocked by the way they reacted in such a way right off the bat. Their tone of voice was so rude and disrespectful. At this time I asked if they can sell me just one bottle of e-juice. My sentence was not even finished when the older guy started walking towards me in an aggressive manner pointing at the door saying "NO, NO". I said "fine then" and left. These youngsters need to learn a few things specially in customer service and people skills but I really don't think they ever will. I feel sorry for the shop owner though to have hired such people. With this kind of attitude, I wonder how long they are going to last. By the way, I have always bought a 30ML bottle of e-juice for $20 or less. This place sells 15ML bottle for $15 based on their website!! they can talk BS about the quality of their products, etc but customers know the truth.
