I visited this location around 7:50, 10 min before they close because I had an issue at the other store that they couldn't resolve, ( Avondale off 99th ) i never learn my lesson to only deal with Carl Lacewell, he is the manager for this store and has amazing customer service skills, he actually cares about trying to help and find a solution to your problem, he smiles all the time and always gives me a good vibe, from now on I will only deal with him because he doesn't mislead you or give you the run around, way to go Carl, thanks for caring about your Verizon wireless customers and thanks for taking care of your customers needs each and every time, I can tell you really like your job..
