While some people may hate this company because they are doing collection work, I have to say they are great. I have used the company many times over the past 20 years and they have always put in a good effort to collect the debts I assigned.
As a small business owner it is very difficult to stay in business and service legitimate customers when other businesses don't pay me. Even when the debtor customer is a much bigger company than mine, US Collections West has stood up for my rights and collected whatever was possible from the companies that stiffed me.
I understand and have been on the debtor side of a collection agency for personal debt in the past and it sucks. But I also know that this company has been in business for over 20 years in a highly regulated industry. To me that experience is proof of professionalism and all I need to know to actively pursue whats rightfully owed to me.
