Unfortunately this is the worst KFC that I have ever been to. My mom loves KFC and I have stopped by this location close to her home on several occasions to pick up a drive thru order. Each visit they state they don't have Crispy only Original and they can't make any either. On my recent visit they were out of coleslaw too which is a staple item for them. I wish this location had better management or system controls to ensure they can operate effectively.
