After all the upscale spas I've been to, I wasn't too sure what to expect from Madison since it's in a shopping center behind Carl's Jr. But, I will say that I was pleasantly surprised. Although I had to wait an extra 15 minutes after my appointment time, the service was splendid. I chose to get the body scrub and the illuminizing facial. Both of the ladies that took care of me were well informed and had the perfect touch. The front area could do with the music to be a little lower, but still an inviting professional atmosphere. Will definitely suggest to friends. I already set my next appointment. Enjoy!
