The zipper pull tab on my daughter's winter coat came off, we took it to Quick Stitch to fix and they charged us $15. The third time she wore the coat after we got it back the tab came off again. I took the coat back to them and they informed me that there are a couple teeth missing off the zipper and that they knew the fix wouldn't last, the whole zipper needs replacing; they can replace the zipper for $35. They didn't tell us about the zipper needing to be replaced before doing the initial repair. Telling us would have given us the option of doing the repair properly the first time or seeing if we can get a new coat. I would also have ment I wouldn't have had to make an extra trip.
