these 'guys' are a major ripoff. If you know your car and your way around cars then you might be able to extract some value from these guys. but if you are a novice or you hav a car that they would like to scrap for profit then beware...they will do their best to rip you off. examples;
1) replaced a starter 3 times claiming they had no idea what was wrong. finally took it to volvo who said the screw holding the wires on was lose. problem solved
2) the serpentine belt went..they never made a single reco to replace it. then they reco repairs and gave the car back...but it obviously was shot and when it drove like shit they looked me in the eye and said "gee I have no idea what the problem is". Took some research to finally realize they r a major ripoff. stay away from these aholes
