Update: I do not believe the explanation I was given by the doctor today and he did not apologize. In my opinion they did not do enough to communicate to patients of the shot clinic closing, nor did they return my calls. However, the MA did apologize, and listened to my concerns. Because of her, I will finish out my child's shots & treatment at this clinic as we are almost done. I appreciated the honesty of the MA.
