Where do I begin...we have had TWC service for almost 2 years until my son got a place of his own. Acct was in his name. The very same day I went and got service in my name. From $83 a month they wanted to charge me $109 for TV & internet. I went with only the internet. I was NOT going to pay $109. BTW...when i balked at the $109, miraculously they deducted $5. What a joke!!! Today, 8/15 I called to see if they have better offers. Sure...their best offer was $135. Are you fing kidding me!!!! Again, that offer jokingly was brought down to $118. How the F do they come up with their prices? I'd give zero stars if the option was available. BTW this review is not about the Gastonia office. My CS experience have been ok until the last time I visited. 4 freaking windows with all chairs taken waiting for 2 Reps and 1 rep spent a long time in the back room. I asked about any seniors discount (sure I saw sonething on their website) but I was told that "they do not discriminate" in that way. Hahaha that brought tears to my eyes laughing.I just may go back to ATT despite the fact that they are worse than TWC.
