In response to Wayne's comment: Thank you for your response and for addressing the matter, Wayne. However, you question why we didn't contact you sooner? Our son was stranded on the highway in California and we had to have the car towed to their local AAMCO. THAT MANAGER CALLED THE GILBERT STORE DIRECTLY. They were contacted as soon as the incident occurred. We were told the warranty would not be honored. I don't know who made the decision, but that was the verdict. My son's car was a total loss and he ended up having to rent a car to get back to Arizona as he could not afford yet another $2500 to fix the "new" transmission!!! I cannot even begin to express how much financial stress this entire ordeal put on our son... Who was now left car-less to boot. I'm am disgusted at the lack of ethics that was demonstrated by this store and can only hope the new management handles future issues with their customers much differently.
