I love Carnicerias because most of them have delicious marinades and when you find one with decent meat quality you have hit the Carniceria jackpot. However this Carniceria has really bad odds in my books.
Let me begin with the fact that I got there 10 minutes prior them closing and they were rushing me to finish shopping, I didn't really appreciated that. While the marinade was pretty good, the quality of the meat makes it a deal breaker for me. 40% of the meat was straight up fat. I appreciate some fat in my cuts, however when you end up throwing out 40% of the meat is no bueno. I won't be coming back.
