If I could give this company no stars I would do so in a heartbeat. This service was gifted to me by my previous house guests who came to visit over the Christmas holiday. Soon after they left I called to schedule my service but they had no appts for 3 weeks! I figured it was busy because they had a groupon out so I let it go. Then they called and said they had to cancel because they did not have a technician. I sarcastically asked the lady on the phone if they only had one person and she told me yes! She then preceded to give me a bunch of stories of what happened to them all. She was rude, did not offer me anything until I asked. They said they would also do the stairs for me. So I rescheduled for another 3 weeks. Then another call came in to cancel it again! More stories about their technicians! I even told this lady don't reschedule me cause it doesn't sound like the technician could be back that fast...but she did anyway. I am done with trying to work with them. whoever the owner of this company is...you should find something else to do!
