I had to respond to Beth B.'s critical review. As I understand, just like triage in an ER, if another case is critical, it is taken before the less critical. It happens, and I'd want that for my pet if it were critically ill. I've had my appointments delayed at other vets for far less. Having said that, when we lived there (we moved last year) we loved Dr. Patt and her staff. I was one of their foster parents for a couple of special need pups. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else.
