This review is long overdue. Emailed ahead of time since we were traveling from Wisconsin. Had a vague idea of what I wanted, something with an infinity heart and incorporating my last name. Jen was perfect to work with remotely via email. We ended up having an appointment on a Friday the 13th which is normally not allowed since it's a busy day for them. So incredibly thankful and THRILLED with the final result. I have 6 tattoos and this is by far the HIGHEST QUALITY and get so many compliments on it. Ruck's work was beautiful, light handed, and professional. I have told everyone I know, any and all future tattoos will be done by Ruck.
