Place use to be an awesome place to live, until the new company took it over. Since the new company has been here.. I've had my BRAND NEW car towed, even with a parking permit in the window. An explosion of the roach population Increase in amount of "Fees" and random price increases I have never been late on my rent in the two years I have been here, I forgot to hit submit when paying online, got charged $100 because my rent was late, they wouldn't waive it. Starting today, your utility bill is due on the 1st, but your rent isn't due to the 5th, you get charged $25 dollars for paying the utility bill on the 2nd. (I always pay it together) Random new "rules" get posted on your door every month Terrible management, and just an all around bad place to live. A few months ago I had a charge on my account for $100, an unauthorized pet fee. I don't have a pet, but they did waive it. A coworker of mine got hit with same fee, but they wouldn't waive his (he don't have a pet either), they said they seen him with a pet dog. I'm just wondering how many people get hit with such a stupid fee. Move here if you enjoy having your money taken from you, by this greedy company.
