Worst experience ever. Won't be coming back. Called the nail salon in advance to book appointment and I asked the woman on the phone " is there parking?". She said there's tons of parking behind the nail salon which the parking lot belongs to the condo behind the salon. When I arrived at the parking area behind the nail salon, the parking lot is full. I waited a good 30 minutes and not even one spot freed up. I was also in a rush to go to an event that afternoon like most people get their nails done for a party or event the same day. I had clearly asked the woman on the phone about parking and wait time. She said I can get my nails done right away when I arrive. Where do you leave your car when you get your nails done for 1.5 hours if there's no parking !!!!??! Definitely don't enjoy being lied to. What a waste of the customers time.
