Great people and great service. Steve got me an appointment with less than 24 hours notice to look at what was a minor fix on what could have quickly turned into a potentially major prioblem. The issue was subject to an earlier recall notice that the Audi dealrship I purchased the car from had failed to fix prior to my purchase. Patrick identified the problem, it took less than an hour to remedy and there was no charge. Cannot expect anything better than that!
