Acquired a Subaru from Don Miller West in December 2017. Originally examined vehicles in their inventory and clicked a box next to one model for their internet price (i.e., "Get My Don Miller e-price") for this vehicle on their website. Instead, I received a phone call from a salesperson about visiting the dealership. I never received their "e-price", but instead, received an offer about $1000 higher than another area dealership's "e-price" after I arrived at the dealership, which I then presented to the salesperson. Because of doing some research I did get a substantial discount from their original offer, but be forewarned that Don Miller's invitation concerning receiving internet prices online may not be respected. In retrospect this has made me uncomfortable enough with my experience with them to seriously consider aquiring my next Subaru somewhere else.
