This is the absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If i could give a negative star i would. I ordered a package from Old Navy and it said it was shipped, three days later it shows "mis sorted." It sat in this same spot for almost a week before i finally contacted Laser Ship. When i called the customer service rep was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional, and their smug response was "oh this package is lost, contact your seller for a refund." No explanation or anything. How any company uses this as their carrier absolutely blows my mind. I will cancel any order I have if i see they are shipping through this god awful company.
