Elizabeth was absolutely amazing! From the moment I contacted her I knew I was in good hands when it came to my wedding dress alterations. I was really nervous when I picked up my dress thinking that there was no way anyone could fix it to make it look good on me (which was really how the bridal salon made me feel) but, after our first meeting, I knew I made the right decision coming to labl. I was blown away by the level of service - Elizabeth went above and beyond my wildest expectations. Not only did she ensure that I felt comfortable and confident in my dress given the insecurities I shared with her, she also (without being prompted or asked) added minor details to the dress (always asking before doing) that made it a little more special.
She is unbelievably talented and knowledgeable. Her attention to even the most minor detail is remarkable. Also...she's a kind and friendly person! That goes a long way especially during high stress times.
My only regret is not finding her sooner to make a dress for me!
