This place is a dump. I have mainly used the batting cages here. You are lucky if there are 3 working machines. There are only 5 baseball machines I believe (two 80mph ones although speed is probably more around 70mph, one 70mph, one 60mph, one 50mph). They constantly run out of balls so if you do happen to get on a machine, you have to try and find someone to put more balls in. The machines are always pitching high as well. The only good thing about these cages is the "field" you can hit on but it is in such terrible shape. The walls are falling apart and the MLB logos on the walls are hardly recognizable. I have showed up here numerous times when they are closed and supposed to be open. Their hours posted are until 9 but they just close whenever they want. They usually try to blame it on the wind or weather, which is a joke. I have also rented the daycare family room for a family event before. The room is large with many things to do. When I showed up to get the room ready about 10 minutes before my reservation time, they forgot the room was booked. Pretty ridiculous for the rate they charge to forget a party. So after the 15 minutes it took for them to unlock it and set it up, we were able to use it. They had an event this day as well and we constantly had people coming in trying to use the basketball court and bouncy house. They put a sign up that says private event but that was no help. I am pretty sure it's a family that runs this place and they have no idea what they are doing. All they care about is the large events they can book (basketball tournaments, gun shows, karate tournaments, etc.) and overcharging people on everything they can from concessions to batting cages.
