I've been here twice and both times have been utterly disappointed. Are the bagels good? Yes. So what? Other places have good bagels too.
The service here is always incredibly slow. The prices are absurd. $1.50 upcharge to add peanut butter to a bagel. Really? I won't even go on any further. (It might not be $1.50 exactly, but it's not too far from that)
Also, label your bagel chip bags. No one likes a guessing game trying to find a bag of plain bagel chips.
