This place should be called the Bird S*** Cafe since the owner likes to feed the pigeons right where you are eating. As if the mediocre food isn't bad enough you have to protect it from the pigeon tornado going on around you. We complained to the server and she even admitted that customers hate it. Sadly the bird crap on all the tables and chairs should have been a dead giveaway.
