I jumped onto Yelp on a Sunday as we discovered that we had a wasp nest in a vent near our ensuite. I read the review by Kristen K. and said, this is who I want to call.
I also called on a Sunday and a friendly voice answered the phone and asked me if I needed service now or could it wait until tomorrow. Monday was fine. Tom arrived promptly the next day at the appointed time and took care of our yellow jackets. It's been 3 days and there is not a wasp in site. He was very thorough, friendly and informative.
And then, he guarantees his service too!
