It was my moms 58th birthday so I decided to stop at your Smiths to buy her a cake.
I picked my mom's favorite Boston crem pie.
I saw Shannon standing there and asked if she can write on my pie. She said the cake writer is gone for the day. So I asked her if I can write on the cake myself. No answer from her as she walks in the back by her desk and sits down. I poke my head and ask again her reply is I'm with a customer I'll be right with you. So my reply was YES or No. Now she stands up walking right pass me with a big cake in her hand for the customer standing in front of me. I ask again YES or NO. As she passes the cake to the customer she says I'm with a customer I'll be right with you, she walks to the back again. The gentleman heard me ask Shannon a few times already with her rude response and HE suggested for me to go to the cake aisle and just buy a tube that I can write myself, I thanked him for that. She comes out with a Yellow and blue piping tube for me and just hands it to me with no word and disappearing after. I wrote on my pie and placed them down. Because I have no idea where she left too. Please have some talk with Shannon, and have her work on her Customer service as well as her attitude. She seemed as if she really didn't even want to be there.
