I am writing this review because our server last night needs to be recognized for how he took care of us. We were a last minute party of 30 and Christian was assigned to take care of us. In all of my years and all of my different restaurant visits I have never experienced service like we had last night. We always receive great care when dining at Valle Luna but I am still amazed and we haven't stopped talking about Christian! All 30 of us ordered cocktails, dinners, split dinners, kids dinners and separate checks. In other words, we weren't an easy table. Christian did not miss a beat! Drinks were refilled and ordered before current ones were empty, all orders came out correct and not a single bill was wrong! I still don't know how he accomplished this! To top it all off, one of the kids fell out of his chair and Christian had an ice pack to our table minutes after getting him back in his seat! We were stunned! We didn't even ask for it!! We often receive great service here but we have NEVER had service like this. Managers, please give Christian kudos for a job well done and tell him how valuable he is to your establishment!
