I won't disagree that the service is the most disinterested I've ever witnessed, but the food's good enough to make up for it. Even getting here was an experience---it's in a comically nondescript building with a sketchy parking lot in the middle of the woods, but that's an aside. After the difficulty navigating the lot and brusque service, the food made it well worth it. In particular, the dosas had a particularly rich flavor that I hadn't experienced in other dosas, and the uthappam were also mind-expanding. I'd happily detour from the turnpike/parkway interchange again.
