Do NOT use this agency under ANY circumstances.
Three comments for consideration:
1) I'm biased as I think a travel agent is generally about as useless and anachronistic as a phone book. If you haven't used one of those lately, save yourself money and hassle by clicking your mouse three times and booking the vacation yourself!
2) If you prefer using an agent or have a complicated trip that you feel requires one, you can find much better than this place. Specifically, AVOID anyone at this place named Alan. You'd be better off paying a six year old to draw an airplane with crayons and trying to take that to your vacation destination.
3) Should you end up using this agency and/or getting stuck with the agent named above just know that you're on your own. Don't rely on them to to confirm or relay any reservations or changes thereto. Check them yourself multiple times. Best of luck!
