We used this company 4 times and couldn't cancel fast enough. Though they tout the fact that you will get a consistent crew, we had 3 different crews. The last pair was so careless, they scratched and dinged multiple walls in our home. I guess it's common that they do damage while cleaning since they offered to send their handyman to fix the damage. Due to this horrible experience, I've decided to forgo cleaning services all together and do my best to clean my home. This company is more trouble than they're worth. The previously cleanings were less than stellar; they didn't even clean the bathroom mirror - a simple task. If you decide to hire a cleaning service, looks elsewhere. And, after nearly 3 months, they still haven't returned the key to my home.
